Our Story
Roslyn has always been a place where folks slow down and savor the moment. When we opened Kodiak Coffee on Route 903, we wanted to create a space that matched that energy — a warm, unpretentious spot where the coffee is crafted with care and the pastries are baked before dawn.
We source our beans from responsible growers and roast them right here in the shop. Every cup is pulled to order, every croissant is folded by hand. It's not the fastest service in town — but then again, that's kind of the point.

What We Do
We keep it simple: excellent coffee, honest food, and a space where you actually want to stay awhile.
Espresso, pour-over, cold brew — all roasted in-house and pulled to order. Our rotating single-origins highlight the best of what Pacific Northwest roasters have to offer.
Croissants, scones, sourdough toast, and seasonal pastries baked fresh every morning. We use local dairy and organic flour whenever we can find it.
Grab bags of our house-roasted beans, local honey, artisan cheeses, and pantry staples from Chelan County producers. Perfect for gifts or your next trail lunch.
Our cold brew steeps for 18 hours for a smooth, low-acid finish. Available plain or with oat milk, vanilla, or a float of local cream.
Fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, and a quiet corner that's perfect for remote work or catching up with a friend over a pour-over.
We host cuppings, brewing workshops, and local artist showcases throughout the year. Follow us for the schedule — there's always something happening at the shop.
